Wellness Membership
Our Wellness Membership is for patients seeking consistent, proactive care focused on health maintenance, rather than only when something is wrong. For a simple monthly fee, members receive a set number of visits, special pricing on services, monthly perks, and the flexibility to support personal wellness goals.
